The Catalina Edition was born from a trip across the channel, where rugged cliffs meet endless blue water and life seems to move at a different pace. Last year's Catalina knives quickly became some of our most sought-after releases, and for this year's edition, we wanted to create something entirely new.
Every Catalina Edition features a striking raindrop Damascus blade forged around a core of AUS-10 steel, delivering the edge retention, toughness, and performance serious cooks demand. The handle combines genuine abalone shell and ocean-inspired resin, creating a look that feels as though it was pulled straight from the waters surrounding the island itself.
